Respondents Prayer : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus to direct the first and 40th respondents herein to deposit the entire compensation award amount of Rs.71,36,53,212/- (Rupees Seventy One Crore Thirty Six Lakhs Fifty Three Thousand and Two Hundred and Twelve) as awarded by the first and 40th respondent Vide award No.1 of 2019 in R.C.No.267/2019 dated 28.08.2019 into the pending O.S.No.21 of 2019 on the file of the Sub Court, Krishnagiri, as per the representation dated 02.09.2019 made by the petitioner to the 1st respondent.

2. Even though the petitioner is not present, in view of the facts this Court has gathered, it has become necessary for this Court to make the following order :
●It appears that there is a dispute to the title of the land which was acquired by the Government under the Tamil Nadu Acquisition of Land for Industrial Purpose Act, 1997. Vis-a-vis the title, there is a suit in O.S.No.21 of 2019, pending before the Sub Court, Krishnagiri. The petitioner has filed the present petition for depositing the award amount in the said Court.
3. Heard Mr.D.Raja, learned Additional Government Pleader for respondents 1, 36 to 42 and Mr.N.Jayakumar, learned counsel for respondents 32 to 34. The learned Additional Government Pleader has informed the Court that the Land Acquisition Authority has deposited the award sum in LAOP.No.5 of 2019 on the file of Sub Court, Krishnagiri. 4.Now both O.S.No.21 of 2019 and LAOP.No.5 of 2019 are pending in two different Sub Courts, this Court is of the view that the Principal 4/7
District Judge, Krishnagiri has to consolidate the both.
5. With the above observation, this writ petition stands dismissed. No costs.
