2. Heard Mr.N.Ramachandran, learned counsel for the petitioners, Mr.K.V.Sundararajan, learned counsel for respondents to and M/s.A.L.Ganthimathi, learned senior counsel for Mr.L.Palanimuthu, learned counsel for respondents 17 and 18.

3. The learned counsel for respondents has no serious objection in allowing this petition.

4. Considering the submissions made on either side and being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, this petition is allowed. The Registry is directed to carry out the necessary amendments and post the appeal on 26.06.2024.
