Respondents Prayer:- Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of a Writ of certiorarified mandamus calling for the records of the 3rd respondent in A.Thi.Mu.No.3853/A3/14 dated 02.12.2014 and quash the same and direct the respondents 1 and 2 to sanction incentive increments for acquiring M.Phil qualification in the cadre of PG Assistant by extending the benefits of G.O.Ms.No.209 and 15, School Education Department dated 08.7.2010 and 28.03.2010 issued by the 1st respondent to the petitioner. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, on instructions, seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this writ petition and he has submitted a letter dated 09.12.2016 to the Registry to that effect. He had also made an endorsement in the writ petition to that effect.
