ORDER

The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this writ petition with liberty to file a fresh petition before the competent Court and has also made an endorsement in the

writ petition to that effect.

B.RAJENDRAN, J., AP Mr.P.Chinnadurai, learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents 1 to 4 would submit that the police is not interfering in the affairs of the petitioner as there is pending civil dispute. The said submission is recorded.

In view of the endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn and if the petitioner is so aggrieved, he is at liberty to approach appropriate Forum, if he is so advised. No costs.
