ORDER
The above miscellaneous petition has been filed by the fourth respondent in W.P.No.2726 of 2024 praying to clarify the order of this Court dated 20.09.2024, in W.P.No.2726 of 2024.
2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner /4 th respondent would submit that the writ petitioner had approached them for refund of fees, pursuant to the directions of this Court, inter alia, directed the writ petitioner to approach the 4 th and 5 th respondents for refund of fees. The learned counsel would further submit that the 4 th and 5 th respondent are different entities and they are not administered under same Management. According to the petitioner, it is the 5 th respondent who had collected the fees and the writ petitioner ought to have approached the 5 th respondent for refund of fees.
3. Heard the counsel for the petitioner. Admittedly, this Court had directed the 4 th and 5 th respondent to refund the entire fees to the petitioner, which was collected from her during her admission to BBA Course in 5 th respondent-College. When the case was taken up for hearing, it was represented that the 4 th and 5 th respondents are administered by the same Management, and the learned counsel who represented the 4 th & 5 th respondents before this Court, are one and same. Therefore, based on the representation made by the learned counsels who appeared on both sides on 20.09.2024, this Court passed the order in W.P.No.2726 of 2024. Hence, this Court records there is no ambiguousness in the order of this Court dated 20.09.2024, which requires a clarification in the present WMP.
