This application has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners Crl.O.P.No.22823 of 2022 on 21.09.2022 to stay at Krishnagiri and report before the Inspector of Police, Town Police Station, Krishnagiri daily at 10.30 a.m. and 5.30 p.m., until further orders.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the petitioners are complying with the conditions regularly.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioners is modified to the effect that the 1st, 2nd and 4th petitioners are directed to report before the respondent police on every Monday and Friday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders and the 3rd petitioner shall report before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.
