This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the V Additional District and Sessions Court, Coimbatore, to dispose of Crl.R.C.No.16 of 2023 within a time frame.

2. Heard Mr.K.V.Muthu Visakan, learned counsel for petitioner and Mr.A.Damodaran, learned Additional Public Prosecutor, appearing for respondent.

3. Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case, there shall be a direction to the V Additional District and Sessions Court, Coimbatore, to expedite the hearing in Crl.R.C.No.16 of 2023 and complete the same, within a period of two (2) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
