ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking to amend the Sections as 296(b), 324(4), 115(2), 118(1), 351(3) of BNS Act, 2023 and Section 4 of Tamil Nadu Prohibition of Harassment of Women Act (TNPHW) 1998 instead of 296(b), 115(2), 118(1), 351(3) of BNS Act, 2023 and Section 4 of Tamil Nadu Prohibition of Harassment of Women Act (TNPHW) 1998 in order dated 13.03.2025 in Crl.O.P.No.7283 of 2025.

2.In view of the averments adduced in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, this petition is ordered as prayed for. Registry is directed to carry out the necessary amendment in order dated 13.03.2025 passed in Crl.O.P.No.7283 of 2025 and issue fresh order copy. Further two weeks time is granted to the petitioner to comply with the conditions imposed in Crl.O.P.No.7283 of 2025 dated 13.03.2025.
