Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records pertaining to the Marriage Certificate issued in TMR/Thiruvallur/23/2020 dated 20.01.2020, on the file of the 1st respondent and to quash the same and further, to direct the 1st respondent to cancel the registration of the marriage between the petitioner and the 3rd respondent alleged to have been held on 13.12.2019 as illegal and cancel the said marriage certificate based on the petitioner's representation dated 17.11.2021.
