The petitioner has filed this petition seeking to quash the proceedings passed by the 4th respondent and directing the respondents to re-survey the total land of 1.10 cents comprised in comprised in survey No.245/4 admeasuring 0.22 acres 2) 245/3 ad-measuring 0.22 3) 243/2 ad-measuring 0.57 acres 4)244/3 ad-measuring 0.05 and 244/4 ad-measuring 0.04 and demarcate 1 acre and 1 cents and 9 cents separately and hand over the excess 9 cents to the petitioner.

When the matter is taken up for hearing, it is submitted that after the filing of the writ petition, the petitioner had died and details of his legal heirs could not be ascertained.

In view of the same, the Writ Petition is dismissed as abated. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is also closed. 14.11.2022
