Respondents Prayer : Criminal Miscellaneous Petition filed under Section 528 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, (BNSS), 2023, to relax the condition that the petitioner shall report before the Judicial Magistrate from Monday to Friday at 10:30 A.M., and shall appear before the respondent police station on Saturday and Sunday at 10:30 A.M., until further orders, imposed by this Court in Crl.A.No.473 of 2025 by order dated 22.05.2025 on the file of this Court.

ORDER

This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed seeking relaxation of the condition imposed by this Court while granting bail to the petitioner by order dated 22.05.2025 in Crl.A.No.473 of 2025.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor states that the petitioner has been complying with the condition imposed by this Court without fail.

3. Recording the above submission, the condition imposed in the order dated 22.05.2025 in Crl.A.No.473 of 2025 is hereby relaxed to the limited extent that the petitioner shall report before the Sessions Court, Mahalir Neethimandram, (FTMC), Tiruppur, once in a month, i.e., on the first working day of every English Calendar month at 10:30 A.M., until the disposal of the trial proceedings.

4. With the above relaxation, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered.
