O R D E R

This petition is filed for quashing the proceedings in Crime No.137 of 2013 on the file of the first respondent. 2.Today, both the petitioners, the second respondent and their respective counsel are present and their identification have been verified by this Court. In the petition, the first petitioner's father name has been wrongly mentioned as "Raghavan" instead of "Rangasamy". The defacto complainant/second respondent herein has filed an affidavit stating that he has no objection to quash the proceedings in Crime No.137 of 2013.

3.Recording the affidavit filed by the defacto complainant and the above submission so made by him, the Criminal Original Petition is allowed and the proceedings in Crime No.137 of 2013 is hereby quashed. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
