The Writ Petition has been filed to direct the respondent to provide police protection to the petitioner in enjoying his properties based on the petitioner's representation dated 29.08.2022. 2.

When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent submitted that the representation of the petitioner dated 29.08.2022 is available. 3.

Recording the same, the respondent police is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 29.08.2022 on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of one weeek from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
