2. Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side and
perused the materials available on record.
3. Without expressing any opinion on the merits of the writ petitions, the first respondent is directed to consider the representation submitted by the petitioners, after issuance of notice to the petitioners and the respondents 2 and 3 and after giving an opportunity of hearing to them and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. However, the petitioners are at liberty to produce all relevant documents to claim title over the subject property.
4. With the above direction, these writ petitions stand disposed of. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed. No costs.
