This writ petition has been filed to direct the second respondent to dispose of the petitioner's representation, dated 15/7/2017, requesting to disconnect the new electricity connection effected in the name of Mr.Govindarajulu to Plot Nos.311 and 313 comprised in Old Survey No.699 Block No.171 situated at No.137 Velachery Village "Ram Nagar North Extension".
