This Petition has been filed to bring on record the proposed party / 2nd petitioner as legal representative of the deceased sole appellant Mr.Sheik Alaudeen.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned counsel for the respondents and also perused the materials available on record.

3. On being satisfied with the averments stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition and the submissions made by the learned counsel on both side, the petition is allowed.

4. Registry is directed to carry out necessary amendment in the cause title with regard to the 2nd petitioner, if the papers are otherwise in order and post the case on 27.07.2023.
