This Petition has been filed to condone the delay of 1853 days in filing petition to set aside the abatement caused due to death of the sole appellant Mr.Sheik Alaudeen in the above Second Appeal.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned counsel for the respondents.

3. On being satisfied with the averments stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition seeking to condone the delay of 1853 days, this Court is inclined to allow this petition.
