C.M.P.No.844 of 2017 in S.A.No.52 of 2017 S.SOUNTHAR,J.

The petitioners/appellants herein filed a suit for declaration and permanent injunction. The suit was dismissed and the same was confirmed by the Appellate Court. Against the concurrent findings of the facts, the petitioner has come up by way of second appeal.

2. Though notice was ordered to the respondents as early as 2017, no interim order was passed in this petition.

Therefore, the injunction application is dismissed.
