When it is pointed out by the Learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the Respondents that the Petitioner had not obtained any prior permission to install idols, the question of granting permission to carry the same in Procession for immersion could not be considered, Learned Counsel for the Petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the Writ Petition with liberty to the Petitioner to work out the remedies before the proper forum in accordance with law and she has made an endorsement to that effect, which is recorded.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn granting such liberty. No costs.
