Respondents PRAYER : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India, to issue Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records of the 1st respondent order dated 22.12.2016 and quash the same as illegal and also direct the 1st respondent to pay the Provident Fund and Gratuity and other benefits of Rs.6,26,766/- with 12% interest till date of payment to the petitioner within a stipulated time.

Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate appearing for the 1st respondent produced a copy of the letter dated 12.02.2019 sent by the petitioner to the 1st respondent, wherein, it was stated that the petitioner received the total amount of Rs.8,76,599/- break up of which is, Provident Fund of Rs.5,23,351/-, Gratuity of Rs.2,12,000/- and Leave Encashment for 8 months of Rs.1,41,248/-. The petitioner also stated that there were no further dues payable to him. As the petitioner has been settled with all the terminal benefits along with interest nothing survives in this writ petition for further adjudication.

2. In view of the above, the writ petition stands dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
