JUDGMENT
(Delivered by the Hon'ble Chief Justice) We have heard Ms.G.Thilakavathy, learned Senior Counsel for the appellant, Mr.K.Krishnaswamy, learned counsel for Respondents 1 to 6 and Mr.C.Kathiravan, learned Special Government Pleader for Respondents 7 to 10.
2. Learned counsel for the respondents 1 to 6 submits that the writ petition filed by the petitioners is dismissed. None of the directions in the operative part of the order concerns the present respondents 1 to 6.
3. Learned Senior Counsel submits that Civil Revision Petitions were filed by the present appellant and they are also dismissed. The Civil Revision Petitions were filed to dismiss the suits and/or strike off the plaints.
4. According to the learned counsel for the respondents 1 to 6, the suits filed by the present respondents 1 to 6 were already decreed in the year 2011 and no reference is made in the operative part of the order to the suits filed by the present respondents 1 to 6.
5. In light of the above, certainly the appellant would not have a cause to assail the judgment. The writ petition filed by the present respondents 1 to 6 was dismissed by the Court and the said order is assailed by respondents 1 to 6 by filing a separate appeal.
In light of the above, the writ appeal stands disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
