The petitioners, who apprehend arrest for the alleged offence under Section 147, 294(b), 323, 324 and 506(ii) of IPC in Cr.No.482 of 2021 on the file of the respondent police, seek anticipatory bail. 2.The case of the prosecution is that due to political motive, there was a wordy quarrel between the petitioners and the defacto complainant. In this connection, the petitioners abused the defacto complainant in filthy language, assaulted him and threatened him with dire consequences. Hence, the complaint.

3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that the petitioners have not been committed any such offence as alleged by the prosecution and they have been falsely implicated in this

case. He further submits that there was a case in counter. Hence, the learned counsel prays to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners.

4.The learned Government Advocate (Crl side) submits that there was a case in counter. Hence, he vehemently opposed to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners.

5. Considering the submissions made by both counsel and also considering the fact that there was a case in counter, this Court is inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners. 6.Accordingly, the petitioners are ordered to be released on bail in the event of arrest or on their appearance, within a period of fifteen days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.1, Kallakurichi on condition that each of the petitioners shall execute separate bonds for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand Only) each, with two sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the respondent police or the police officer who intends to arrest or to the satisfaction of the learned Magistrate concerned and on further condition that:
