vide No.460 to in favour of the petitioner in respect of the property comprised in Survey No.565 measuring to an extent of 0.33.50 hectares, in PattaNo. 460, situated at Puluvapatti Village, Perur Taluk, Coimbatore District. ORDER
This writ petition is filed seeking for the issuance of Writ of Mandamus to direct the 3rd respondent to carry out the corrections in the computer record based on the 2nd respondent's revised report dated 23.05.2022 vide Na.Ka.No.2693/2018/E1 and issued correct patta vide No.460 to in favour of the petitioner in respect of the property comprised in Survey No.565 measuring to an extent of 0.33.50 hectares, in PattaNo. 460, situated at Puluvapatti Village, Perur Taluk, Coimbatore District.
2. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents and perused the materials available on record.
3. The grievance of the petitioner is that the petitioner was manually issued with a pattta in Patta No. 460 by the second respondent. However, in the computer records, the same is missing. Hence, petitioner made a petition 2/4
before the second respondent and the second respondent has sent a revised report before the third respondent in Na.Ka.No.2693/2018/E1 dated 23.05.2022 which is pending till date.

Considering the facts and circumstances of this case, this Court directs the respondents to consider the petition made by the petitioner seeking for carrying out the corrections in the computer records on the petitioner's patta and pass appropriate orders, on merits and in accordance with law, after affording opportunity of hearing to the petitioner and interested parties within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
