ORDER

Although the revision is filed seeking an early disposal of O.S.No.73 of 2023, it is seen from the documents filed before this Court 1/4

that there is an interlocutory application for rejecting the plaint filed by the petitioners herein in I.A.No.4 of 2023 which is yet to be disposed of and is posted for respondent's side enquiry from 24.01.2024. Therefore, directions are issued to the learned District Munsif, Coimbatore, to dispose of I.A.No.4 of 2023 within a period of two months from the date of receipt of copy of this order. Since the order is only for a speedy disposal of the proceedings the notice to the respondent is dispensed with and orders passed at the admission stage.
