O R D E R

This Writ Petition has been filed for a direction directing the Respondents 5th and 6th to publish the petitioner's 4th semester results by giving exemption to SWAYAM two online courses by considering the petitioner's representations dated 01.09.2022 and 14.09.2022. .

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side and perused the 2/5

materials available on record.

3. Mr.D.Ravichander, learned Standing Counsel for respondents 5 and 6, submitted that the prayer sought in the Writ Petition has been complied with.

4. Recording the submissions made by the learned Standing Counsel for respondents 5 and 6, the Writ Petition is closed. However, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that, due to the withholding of the petitioner's result, the petitioner suffered substantial loss. Accordingly, the petitioner is at liberty to approach the appropriate forum against the respondents for claiming damages. No costs. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
