ORDER

[Order of the Court was made by M.SATHYANARAYANAN,J.,] After some arguments, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner on instructions seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this Writ Petition with a liberty to avail the revisional remedy under the Tamil Nadu Land Encroachment Act, 1905 and also made an endorsement to that effect.

2. In the light of the endorsement made, the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn and if the petitioner is so advised and if it is available to him under law, he is always at liberty to invoke the revisional remedy under the Tamil Nadu Land Encroachment Act, 1905.

3. In the result, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs. Consequently connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
