Crl.M.P.No.12404 of 2024 in Crl.O.P.No.22982 of 2023 P.DHANABAL, J.

This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in Crl.M.P.No.8338 of 2024 in Crl.O.P.No.22982 of 2023 in the order dated 12.06.2024 that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police every Saturday at 10:30 a.m., for a period of four months and thereafter, as and when required for interrogation.

Heard both sides.

Considering the submissions made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) and the learned counsel for the petitioner and the fact that investigation is complete and taking into consideration other aspects, this Court is inclined to modify the aforesaid condition imposed as against the petitioner to the effect that he/she shall report before the Trial Court on every first working day of English calendar month for a period of three months.
