This Civil Revision Petition has been filed to strike off the proceedings in D.V.O.P.No.11/2021 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate-I, Mettur, as against the petitioners.
2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioners would stated that the original petition in D.V.O.P.No.11 of 2021 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate-I, Mettur has been dismissed for default and therefore, nothing survives for adjudication in this civil revision petition. Learned counsel for the petitioners has also made an endorsement to that effect in the case bundle.
3. In view of the above submission and endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioners, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
