The petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner that the petitioner shall appear before W-16, Puliyanthope All Women Police Station, Chennai, on alternative days at morning 10.30 a.m., for a period of three months in Crl.O.P.No.16933 of 2024 dated 18.07.2024.

Learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly for the past two months; that no previous case is pending against the petitioner; and that the investigation is also completed.

Considering that the petitioner is complying with the condition without fail and also considering that the investigation is also completed, this Court is inclined to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in toto.

Accordingly, ordered.
