This application has been filed to pass an order to re-open plaintiff evidence and permit plaintiff to mark the said original documents as plaintiff evidence namely letter dated 24.12.2015 sent by defendants and the loan sanction letter dated 29.12.2015.

3. The learned counsel for the respondents has no objection to allow this application.

4. In view of no objection submitted by the learned counsel for the respondents and being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this application, this application is allowed subject to proof and relevancy.
