The above miscellaneous petition has been filed to pass an order of ad-interim stay of impugned order passed by the 3rd Respondent in his proceedings No.Na.Ka.No.3105/A1/2021 dated 28.01.2022.

2. A perusal of the materials reveals that the petitioner has not made out a Prima facie for grant of interim stay. Accordingly this interim stay petition is dismissed.
