This petition has been filed to relax the condition in para No.6(c) imposed by this Court in Crl.M.P.No.2941 of 2022 in Crl.A.No.228 of 2022 dated 07.03.2022.

2.This Court, by order dated 07.03.2022 granted bail to the petitioners with certain conditions. One of the condition is that the petitioners to appear before the trial Court on the first working day of every English Calendar month at 10.30 a.m., until the disposal of the Criminal Appeal. 3.The learned counsel for petitioners submitted that the first petitioner is a B.Sc. Catering graduate, now working as Chef in Restaurant. The second and third petitioners are B.E. Civil Engineering graduates, now working as Engineer in Visakhapatnam and Site Supervisor in Madurai, respectively. Due to the conditions imposed, they were put to great difficulty and they were unable to continue with their work. They also feel a threat of unemployment.

4.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the petitioners have been complying with the conditions imposed by this Court diligently.

rsi 5.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also considering the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor that the petitioners are complying with the conditions diligently, the condition imposed on the petitioners to report before the trial Court on the first working day of every English calender month, is relaxed. All other conditions remain unaltered.
