O R D E R

The limited prayer sought for in this writ petition is for a direction to the first respondent to consider and pass orders in the proceedings initiated by him in Ref.No.402/2016/A4 dated .03.2016 under Section 107 of Cr.P.C.

2. Admittedly, the proceedings are pending from March 2016 onwards and though more than one year and three months have lapsed, the first respondent is yet to pass orders on the same.

3. In view of pendency of the proceedings, I deem it appropriate to direct the first respondent to consider and pass final orders in the said proceedings as expeditiously as possible. Hence, there shall be a direction to the first respondent to complete the enquiry and pass final orders in the proceedings initiated by him in Ref.No.402/2016/A4 on .03.2016 under Section 107 of Cr.P.C. on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
