This petition is filed praying to order Substituted Service to the respondents 1, 3, 5, 11, 12, 14, 17, 20, 23, 26, 28, 29, 30, 31, 34, 35 & 37 by effecting a publication in the any vernacular paper havig circulation at Puducherry.

2. The reasons adduced in the affidavit filed in support of this petition being satisfactory, this petition is ordered. The petioners are directed to take paper publication in one issue of "Malai Malar", having circulation in Puducherry, by mentioning the hearing date as 13.10.2023. The publication shall be effected on or before 29.09.2023.
