These Civil Miscellaneous Petitions have been filed seeking to dispense with the production of certified copy of judgment and decree passed in O.S.No.132 of 2014, dated 30.01.2019 passed by District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate, Kodumudi.

2. The learned counsel for Petitioners would submit that the Petitioners has filed applications for issuance of certified copies of the judgment and decree, but the same is not made ready till date. Hence, he may be permitted to produce xerox copies of judgment and decree. Accordingly, he filed the present petitions praying to dispense with the production of the same.

3. Considering the facts and circumstances and being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit, these petitions are ordered.
