This petition has been filed to modify the condition dated 25.08.2022 in Crl.M.P.No.13204 of 2022 in Crl.O.P.No.15635 of 2022 by permitting the petitioner to report before the Inspector of Police, Harbour Police Station, Chennai daily 10.30 a.m and 5.30 p.m., for interrogation instead of to report before the respondent police daily 10.30 a.m., and 5.30 p.m., for a period of 4 weeks thereafter as and when required for interrogation.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the petitioner has not complied with the conditions imposed by this Court.
