The petition has been filed to relax the condition in 6(b) that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police on every Saturday at 10.30 a.m. for a period of three months and also cooperate for the enquiry vide order in Crl.O.P.No.11831 of 2024 dated 05.06.2024.

2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly for the past one month; and that the investigation is also completed.

3. Considering that the petitioner is complying with the condition without fail and also considering that the investigation is also completed, this Court is inclined to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in toto.

Accordingly, ordered.
