This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.10628 of in Crl.O.P.No.14230 of dated 27.07.2023 to report before the respondent police 2nd and 4th Saturday of every month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that charge sheet has been filed before the Judicial Magistrate, Udumalpet, in CC.No.152 of 2023.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.10628 of 2023 in Crl.O.P.No.14230 of dated 27.07.2023 is relaxed. However, the petitioner shall appear before the concerned Magistrate on receipt of summons.
