Mr.G.Vivekanand, learned counsel appears for the respondents 7 and 8/ the proposed legal representatives. He has no objection for the petitions being ordered.

2. Accepting the reasons assigned in the affidavit filed in support of these petitions, all these petitions are ordered. The delay of 692 days in filing the petition to set aside the abatement caused by the death of the 1st respondent is condoned, the abatement caused by the death of the 1st respondent is set aside and the respondents 7 and 8 are brought on record as the legal representatives of the deceased 1st respondent and ranked as respondents 7 and 8 in the main appeal.

3. The Registry is directed to carryout amendments and post the application for condonation of delay viz., CMP.No.17866 of 2023 on 21.03.2024.
