Crl.M.P.No.14079 of 2023 in Crl.O.P.No.12457 of 2023 RMT.TEEKAA RAMAN, J.

This petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed in para No.7(b) in Crl.O.P.No.12457 of 2023 dated 10.08.2023 i.e., the petitioners shall report before the respondent police, everyday at 10.30 a.m., for a period of four weeks and thereafter, as and when required for interrogation.

2. Heard both sides.

3. Taking into consideration the medical reports of the petitioner herein that she has delivered a baby on 26.07.2023, in respect of that and her health condition, condition imposed in Para No.7(b) in Crl.O.P.No.12457 of 2023 dated 10.08.2023 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.
