ORDER

It is brought to the notice that as against the order of the Writ Court, the respondents has preferred a Writ Appeal before the Hon'ble Division Bench and the delay in filing the Appeal has also condoned by the Hon'ble Division Bench.

2. While that being so, it would not be appropriate for this Court to parallely adjudicate the Contempt Petition when the Hon'ble Division Bench has already entertained the Appeal. However, a liberty is hereby granted to the petitioner to work out her remedy subject to the outcome of the Writ Appeal.
