O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking direction to direct the respondents to take further action on the petitioner's complaint dated 21.03.2019.

2. Heard Mr.S.Karthikeyan, learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents. Despite several adjournments, either the petitioner or his counsel are not appeared before this court for the purpose of submitting the case of the petitioner.

3. Today when the petition is came up for hearing, learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents on instructions would submit that in respect of alleged complaint dated 21.03.2019, the same has not been received by the respondent police till date. The said submission is recorded.

4. Hence in view of the above, in the absence of any complaint as well as in the absence of any representation made by the petitioner, this court cannot pass any positive direction to the respondents police in respect of grievance as alleged by the petitioner.

5. For the reasons stated above, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
