This application has been filed by the applicant to extend the time for completion of arbitration proceedings by a period of six months.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the respondent has no objection to extend the time.

3. However, considering the stage on which the arbitral proceedings are at, this Court is inclined to extend the time for a further period of one (1) year from today.

The learned Arbitral Tribunal is requested to complete the proceedings and pass an Award within the said period of one (1) year and the respective parties are also directed to co-operate with the learned Arbitral Tribunal.
