relating to the proceedings of the 1st Respondent herein, viz. the Government Order in G.O (3D) No.3 Municipal Administration & Water Supply (ME 1) Department dt.6.3.2017, and quash the same in so far as it relates to fixing the number of vacancies allotted to Superintendents as 2 (TWO) and number of vacancies allotted to Municipal Employees as 5 (FIVE) and direct the Respondents 1 to 3 herein to appoint three Superintendents for the post of Municipal Commissioner Grade II.
