The petitioner has come forward with this petition seeking to quash the proceedings in Crime No.59/2014 pending on the file of the first respondent police.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the first respondent.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that in this case, already investigation has been completed and charge sheet has been filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Avinashi, in C.C.No.61 of 2016, for the offences under Sections 120(B), 468 and 471 of IPC
