This petition has been filed seeking to reopen the contempt petition in Cont.P.No.1687 of 2021 dated 28.01.2022. 2.This Court vide order dated 06.01.2021 made in W.P.No.13555 of 2019 issued direction to the first respondent therein to consider the petitioner's representation and to pass orders in the light of the orders passed in W.P.No.40790 of 2016. Since the said order was not complied with, Cont.P.No.1687 of 2021 was filed. On 28.01.2022 based on the representation made by the learned Government Advocate that the order of this Court has been complied with, the contempt petition was closed, however, being aggrieved, the petitioner has filed this sub application.

3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that as per the order of this Court, the benefits of the order passed in W.P.No.40790 of 2016 was not extended to the petitioner. 1/2 https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis

pri 4.An order was passed pursuant to the order of this Court dated 06.01.2021 made in W.P.No.13555 of 2019.
