This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 61 days in filing the present revision petition against the order passed in Crl.A.No.38 of 2024 on the file of the Sessions Court (Principal Sessions Judge) Vellore, Vellore District.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side and perused the materials placed before this Court.

3. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, the aforesaid delay of 61 days is condoned and this petition is ordered.
