O R D E R

Mr.S.D.S.Philip, learned counsel, appears on behalf of the proposed respondents. The present application has been filed to implead the legal heirs of the deceased proprietor of the 1st respondent. As per the legal heirship certificate, proposed respondent 2 is the widow of the deceased and proposed respondents 3 & 4 are the daughters. Therefore, this application is liable to be allowed by impleading the proposed respondents as respondents 2 to 4 in the application. As a consequence, the Official Liquidator is directed to carry out the amendments in Comp.A.No.1135 of 2016 on or before 08.08.2025 and serve a copy of the amended application on learned counsel for respondents 2 to 4. The impleaded respondents are permitted to file a counter in Comp.A.No.1135 of 2016 within two weeks from the date of receipt of the amended application.
