Respondents Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records relating to the impugned panel for the post of P.G.Assistant (Economics) issued by the third respondent prepared as on 01.01.2019 and to quash the same insofar as non-inclusion of the name of the petitioner is concerned and consequently direct the respondents to prepare a panel for the post of P.G.Assistant (Economics) fixing the seniority based on TRB ranking/date of appointment/year of appointment in the category of B.T.Assistant and to effect promotion to the petitioner to the post of P.G.Assistant for the year 2019-2020.

O R D E R
The writ petition has been filed seeking a writ of certiorarified mandamus, to call for the records relating to the impugned panel for the post of P.G.Assistant (Economics) issued by the third respondent prepared as on 01.01.2019 and to quash the same, insofar as non-inclusion of the name of the petitioner is concerned and consequently direct the respondents to prepare a panel for the post of P.G.Assistant (Economics) fixing the seniority based on TRB ranking/date of appointment/year of appointment in the category of B.T.Assistant and to effect promotion to the petitioner to the post of P.G.Assistant for the year 2019-2020.

The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that for the purpose of inclusion of his name in the seniority list, he made a representation dated 04.06.2019. The petitioner is working as a P.G.Assistant and for promotion to the post of P.G.Assistant (Economics), he made a representation on 04.06.2019, for inclusion of his name. However, without considering the representation the tentative list was prepared without including the petitioner's name. Hence, the writ petition has been filed.

The learned counsel for the petitioner would further submit that it would be suffice to permit the petitioner to make a representation for non inclusion of his name in the tentative list, within a period of two weeks and thereafter, pass appropriate orders.

Mr.C.Munusamy, learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents would submit that it is only a tentative list, if any objections received from the petitioner, it will be considered in the manner known to law. 5.
Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner is permitted to make representation and if any representation is received, the authority may pass appropriate orders in the manner known to law.

With the above direction, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
