O R D E R

The present petition has been filed to direct the third respondent police to investigate and register a case against the mentioned persons as per her complaint dated 09.12.2015.

2. The petitioner herein submitted that the petitioner has given a complaint with the respondent police against one Sultan Basha and Parveen on the allegation of cheating.

3. When the matter is taken up for consideration, learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that on the same set of allegation, earlier, this petitioner lodged a complaint on 8.5.2015 as against the same persons stating that after collecting the chit

amount, they refused to return the chit amount and completion of enquiry, the said complaint was closed as early as on 25.05.2014. Now, the present complaint has been given on the same allegation against the same persons.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and considering the fact that the complaint given by the petitioner on the same set of allegation has been closed, now, this Court cannot give a direction in this regard. Hence, the present petition is liable to be dismissed. Accordingly, the criminal original petition is dismissed. However, the petitioner is at liberty to work out her remedy in the manner known to law if she so desires.
